The grinding mill is developed from raymond mill, but with special designs, its capacity and fine powder size have been improved

 

The high pressure suspension mill is developed from Raymond mill, it used for grinding the material which meets the following requirements:

1)                non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff

2)                Hardness < 9.3 mohs.

3)                Moisture <6%

4)                Its suitable for mining, metallurgical industrial, chemical engineering and building material , such as talcum, barite, marble, limestone, charcoal blacks,slag, Gypsum, graphite, coal ,fluorite, basalt, and more than 600 kinds materials.

Features:

1) The high pressure spring installed on the grinder roller ensures the grind efficiency. 20-30% production is improved.

2) The grindings Final size can be adjusted between 20 meshes (0.95mm) to 425 meshes (0.033mm); a few can reach 1000mesh (0.013mm)

3) The dust cleaning effect meets the requirement of the national standard. Pulsed dust collector can be installed to meet special needs.
